Our projects are based on working with and growing local businesses. We are committed to increasing consumer awareness while delivering a modern, clean power source for generations to come. We are building solar farms, that have no negative impact on the environment and that will last for 25 years or more.

Momentous Energy has a number of large-scale solar PV projects in development. The company was awarded a project in the first round of the DOE IPP process, called RustMo1 Solar Farm and is currently building this site in the Rustenburg area, which is due for completion in November 2013. Momentous is also busy with a number of rooftop projects in Gauteng, in conjunction with SolarCentury.

RustMo1 Solar Farm was developed by Momentous Energy, and is the first Independent Power Producer, which achieved scheduled operations on the 15 November 2013.
